Returns Policy

Return Policy:

Due to the nature of our online site, and the products listed, we “Watch Crystal Warehouse” have a strict NO RETURN policy for any product. No product shall be able to be returned for a like item, or for a cash refund. The only exception to this policy is in the event we ship a part other than the one specifically ordered by part number. Please be sure you are ordering the correct part before placing an order. Please don't hesitate to ask us for assistance in selecting the correct part if in doubt.
